Shipping Policy

Ready-made items are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Made-to-order and personalised items may require additional preparation time. We will advise you of the expected dispatch time where this applies.

Optional Edinburgh Assay Office hallmarking is available for eligible silver items below the compulsory hallmarking weight at an additional charge of £4 per item. Hallmarking can add up to three weeks to the dispatch time.

Silver items that require hallmarking under UK law will be hallmarked before being offered or dispatched as silver.

We deliver throughout the UK and can also arrange international delivery. International postage is calculated separately according to the destination, parcel weight and value. Please contact SJW Bullion for an international shipping quotation before placing your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied in the destination country. Delivery times outside the UK vary and may be affected by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact SJW Bullion promptly if an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period.
